How to send a parcel through a point of the DPD network

   Register the shipment in the Nova Post mobile app or your personal account, then choose a convenient PaketShop DPD.

   Pay for the delivery and receive a QR code by email to send to DPD Paketshop

   Locate the selected DPD Paketshop.

   Provide the DPD Paketshop employee with the QR code from the email you received from Nova Post.

   Pass the shipment to the DPD Paketshop employee and wait for delivery.

Rates and Terms

• The cost of delivery with DPD Paketshop will be exactly the same as when sending from a Nova Post branch in Germany.
• The rate is based on each cargo space.
  A small parcel with books and garments will occupy 1 cargo place in our cargo transport. Sum of the sides is calculated as the maximum perimeter (length + 2×width + 2×height) – not exceeding 250 cm.
• You can send your parcel within 21 days after the order is paid for.
  If you fail to send the parcel within this period, the funds will be automatically refunded within 14 days. Then the QR code becomes inactive.
