Business customers of Nova Post can grant authorized representatives access to their organization's account in My Nova Post to manage their company's shipments.
To configure employee email access, contact your manager as a legal entity and provide the emails you would like to set up authorization for in your organization's account in My Nova Post.
Keep in mind that to authorize by email, you must enter the OTP code sent to the specified email address. Nova Post is not liable for access to emails granting authorization rights in the business customer's account.
