Advantages
*The invoice value is the declared value of the shipment's contents, which must match the details on the invoice and reflect the actual value of the goods. It is used to calculate customs duties, taxes, and other fees that may be applied when importing a shipment into the destination country.
Important information on postal item customs clearance in Ukraine
- The invoiced value of the parcel: up to €150
No additional taxes are applied to parcels containing gifts, goods or personal items
- Parcel value: over €150
- Import duty: 10% of the amount in excess of €150
- VAT: 20% of the invoiced value of the shipment (in excess of €150 + import duty)
Calculation example
The goods cost €200. The total customs payments will be:
- import duty = (€200 - €150) × 10 % = €5
- VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) × 20% = €11
Total tax charged: €5 + €11 = €16
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes. Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
