Kitting the order: Unloading, acceptance, placement in the warehouse, order selection, control, packaging, and shipment. If there are 2 or more pieces in the order, the price for the first piece shall be calculated according to the greater weight.

When delivering large volumes of goods to a warehouse on your own, you must stack them on pallets. This speeds up the acceptance of goods, and warehouse workers can help unload them. Warehouse staff do not help unload goods that are not stacked on pallets.
When you bring a different quantity of goods to the warehouse than the one specified in the previously generated order, a Discrepancy Report shall be drawn up. - Goods not allowed to be sold with Nova Post fulfillment

- Packaging rules for fulfillment goods
Goods must have high-quality individual packaging to be accepted at the Nova Post fulfillment warehouse.
A perfect option would be the original packaging, meaning that the goods are packaged directly by the manufacturer.
Unless such packaging is available, the customer must independently provide individual packaging of the goods. Doing so ensures their safety during transportation and delivery to the buyer. - Labeling fulfillment goods
Labeling implies the presence of a barcode with a numerical value and additional textual content indicating the model/stock number on the packaging of the goods.
If such labeling is missing or blurred, we will make the labeling ourselves (with extra charge).
Labels are generated for each item of goods. For instance, if your order contains 5 identical items, 1 barcode for them and 5 identical labels will be generated.
