How to apply for the service

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I send only skis and not the whole set of equipment?

    We work with sets of equipment, but the rate is the same regardless of whether you send one item or a complete set.

  • Can I send a parcel without packaging?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible, but the packaging is already included in the price. We'll pack your gear in specially designed packaging.

  • How long does delivery take? Is it possible that my shipment will be delayed?

    The delivery of the ski equipment set is carried out in accordance with the delivery time of all other shipments.

  • Can I pack the skis myself and send them out of the branch?

    Yes, of course. You can pack your parcel yourself. To do this, you need to pack the shipment in 3-layer corrugated cardboard and carefully fix everything with tape. You can also learn more about packaging and labeling of shipments in the Rules for packaging of shipments on the website.

    Attention! When self-packing, the service cost will be calculated based on your shipment's specifications.

  • Will this service be available all year round?

    The current offer with a shipping cost of UAH 499 is available from December 2 to March 31.

  • If the declared value of my parcel is more than UAH 20,000, what should I do?

    If the declared value of your equipment is more than UAH 20,000, a commission of 0.5% of the amount will be added to the cost of the service.

  • Can I send two sets of skis or snowboards at this rate?

    Yes, it is possible to send two sets at the same rate, provided that the actual weight is up to 50 kg and the total weight is up to 100 kg.

  • If I add goggles, gloves, a jacket, or pants to the kit, will they be accepted or do I have to send another shipment?

    The shipment will be accepted, but mind the actual weight limit of 50 kg and the volumetric weight limit of 100 kg.
