Changing data in an express waybill (EW)

Once the shipment is sent, you can change the information entered in the EW during the shipment processing.

It is impossible to change the data in the EW if:

  • 1
    The recipient has received the shipment.
  • 2
    The data is attempted to be modified when the shipment is passed to the courier to be delivered to the Recipient's address.
  • 3
    The recipient paid for the shipment online, and the parcel arrived at the parcel locker. If the parcel is not picked up within 3 days, it will be moved to the nearest Nova Post branch. Afterward, the data can be changed.
