Nova Post customers can purchase a printer for labeling on special terms and label their shipments themselves. This will speed up and optimize business processes and reduce the time it takes to send parcels to the branch.

  1 ₴ for clients with an average monthly turnover of at least 2,000 express waybills (EW) for the last 3 months. The next printer is provided at 1 ₴ for each additional 20,000 EW/month of the client's turnover.

  6,900 ₴ including VAT as one payment or in installments without advance payments. The installment option is available for 12 months with a monthly payment of 575 ₴ including VAT. One client can purchase up to 3 printers.

Only legal entities (individual entrepreneur, LLC, etc.) that are associated with the state register can buy a thermal printer.

How to order

   Contact your personal manager and coordinate the terms and conditions

   Sign a purchase and sale agreement and provide the following documents:

   • 2.1
     copy of the VAT payer certificate or the single taxpayer certificate
   • 2.2
     a copy of the power of attorney, if the agreement is signed by a person acting under the power of attorney

   Make a payment:

   • 3.1
     in full if you purchase a printer for 1 UAH or at full price
   • 3.2
     or first payment in case of installment purchase

The printer will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of signing the agreement and making payment. It can only be shipped to a branch and at the expense of Nova Post.

Warranty service

The warranty period is 2 years from the date the printer is shipped to the customer.

If this is a warranty case, the relevant employee shall inform the client about further actions. For the rest of the cases, we will provide contact details and a price list of a service center specializing in repairs.

Equipment repairs can take up to 10 business days. Delivery to and from the Zebra service center is made at the customer's expense.

Providing thermal labels

The client can order a certain amount of such thermal labels for labeling free of charge.

Customers with a monthly turnover of 50 or more express waybills can order them in the business account.

The quantity of available thermal labels for each customer is estimated individually according to the Nova Post algorithm.
