Create an express waybill (EW) to send the shipment

You can create an EW yourself. This will save you time on sending the parcel and you won't be queuing up for the operator.

How to send a parcel from a partner point

    Create an EW for the parcel in the mobile application.

    Find the nearest pickup point in your area.
  3. 3
    Pack the shipment according to the packing rules or activate the service in the application, and we will do it for you. You can also order packing in our online store or at your nearest branch.

    Provide the operator with the necessary information at the branch:

      Full name, address, and cell phone number of the Sender
    • 4.2
      Full name, address, and cell phone number of the Recipient
    • 4.3
      City of delivery, branch, pickup point, or parcel locker number
    • 4.4
      Shipment description: e.g., documents, clothing, personal items, etc.
    • 4.5
      Declared value: how much does the shipment cost
    • 4.6
      Additional service: e.g., Packing, Transfer point, etc.
    • 4.7
      Payer: sender or recipient

    Pay for the shipment: in the mobile application or business account.

    The operator will give you the EW number, announce the estimated delivery date, and the cost of services. The EW number must be communicated to the recipient so that they can collect the consignment.
