Terms of service
Online payment can be automatically canceled (refunded) if:
- 1The delivery cost has changed due to amendments to the express waybill: weight, dimensions, cost of shipment, or address or method of delivery;
- 2The sender has included additional services or made changes to them;
- 3The service payer has changed: from the sender to the recipient, a third party, or vice versa.
If the payment is automatically canceled, the cost of services must be paid again.
