You can easily pick up your shipment at a parcel locker without waiting in queue

Once the shipment is delivered to the parcel locker, the recipient will be sent an SMS with the address. Find the location of the parcel locker on the map or in the mobile app.

How to pick up the shipment at a parcel locker:

    Pay for the services online: if you are specified as the payer in the express waybill (EW).

    Approach the parcel locker and turn on Bluetooth in the settings of your smartphone.

    Open the required EW in the mobile app and click the "Open the locker" button.
  5. 5
    Pick up your parcel and close the locker.

You can pick up your parcel from the parcel locker within 3 days. Then the parcel will be moved to the nearest branch. The recipient will be notified of the branch number via SMS or mobile app.

If you run out of time to pick up your shipment at the parcel locker, entrust it to another person.

The service is free of charge. To make an order, specify the name of the new recipient to the EW in the mobile app.
