How a Cash on Delivery agreement works
- 1You send goods to the buyer with cash on delivery via Nova Post. When the buyer picks up the order, we receive payment for the goods.
- 2Then we transfer funds to your account for all parcels. Cash on delivery is credited to your NovaPay account on the same day.
- 3Once the funds are credited, we send you a transfer report to your email with the date, shipment number, buyer's full name, amount of funds received and transferred, fees, etc.
- 4At the end of the month, we draw up a service acceptance certificate in Vchasno and sign it with an digital signature.
