- 2Get your original identity documents in advance and present them to the courier.

- 2Wait for the notification when your parcel is delivered to the parcel locker.
- 3Receive your parcel at the parcel locker with the app.
If the parcel is not picked up from the parcel locker within 3 days, it will be moved to the nearest branch.
