Customs clearance of shipments in Ukraine

Customs fees are paid by the recipient of the parcel. We will notify the recipient of the charges via SMS, Viber, or email.

Customs clearance of shipment in Ukrainе

  • Parcel cost: over €150

    There are no additional taxes
       import duty: 10% of the excess of €150
        VAT: 20% of the shipment cost (the excess of €150 + import duty)

Calculation example

The item costs €200. Customs payments will be:

  • 1
    import duty = (€200 - €150) x 10% = €5
  • 2
    VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) x 20% = €11

Total tax payable: €5 + €11 = €16

If the declared value of the shipment is more than €150, do not split it into two parcels to avoid paying customs fees.

At the customs office in Ukraine, such shipments are grouped together and their declared value is summed up, so customs payments will still be charged.

  • 3
    The parcel contains a commercial consignment: more than 3 identical items are sent (for example: 5 watches, 4 pairs of shoes, etc.).
  • 4
    The parcel contains prohibited goods.
  • 5
    Over the past month, the recipient has already received international shipments with a total value exceeding €200.
