How to apply for the service
S T E P 1
Create a shipment in the mobile appSpecify the same branch/parcel locker/pickup point for sending and receiving. The Transfer Point service will be enabled. Specify the recipient, fill in the parcel details, and order packaging if needed.

Get your stuff readyPack it in a box (if no packing was ordered). No additional packing is required for a suitcase.

Contact the operatorOrder the Transfer Point service at a branch/pickup point or load your belongings into a parcel locker.

Then the parcel is moved to the nearest branch. The client shall pay the standard rate for forwarding, and an additional fee for storage from the 8th day.
This service is charged for each place separately.
Shipment parameters to be accepted:
- 1Documents: length – up to 35 cm, width – up to 25 cm, thickness – up to 2 cm, actual weight – up to 1 kg.
- 2Parcels: length – up to 120 cm, width – up to 70 cm, height – up to 70 cm, actual and volumetric weight – up to 30 kg. The maximum length of each side of the parcel should not exceed 60 cm in those branches with weight restrictions (see the Terms of Service for more details).
- 3Cargoes: length – up to 300 cm, width – up to 170 cm, height – up to 170 cm, actual and volumetric weight – from 30 kg to 1 000 kg. Delivery of cargoes up to 600 cm long, 200 cm wide, and up to 1 100 kg in actual weight is carried out only between the branches specified in Appendix No. 1
- 1Pallets: Length and width – up to 2 m, height – up to 1.7 m, weight – up to 1 000 kg, base area – up to 2 m. Pallets up to 2.2 m in height and/or with an actual weight of up to 1 100 kg are accepted only in the branches specified in Appendix No. 1. A shipment on a wooden base with a length or width exceeding 2 m and/or a base area exceeding 2 m² is processed as a shipment of 30 kg or more
- 2Tires and wheels: The volumetric weight of a passenger tire or wheel must not exceed 45 kg, and the volumetric weight of a truck tire or wheel must not exceed 105 kg.
- 3Parcel lockers: weight (actual or volumetric) – up to 20 kg, length – up to 40 cm, height – up to 60 cm, width – up to 30 cm.

To determine the rate for parcels and cargoes, the higher value of actual or volumetric weight is applied.
To wit:
Volumetric weight (kg) = (Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm)) / 4 000
or
Volume of cargo (m³) × 250
Fee on the declared value:
up to 500 UAH is included in the rate; over 500 UAH: 0,5%
Post-payment: 2% + 20 UAH
