Decide how many days your shipment will be stored at the branch and save money. No more tracking whether the recipient picked up the parcel on time and whether paid storage has begun.

The parcel will be returned automatically once the specified storage period has expired.

If required, the storage period in the branch can be extended.


How to order the service

This service is available to those clients who have signed an agreement with Nova Post.
Contact your personal manager or call the contact center to enable automatic shipment return.

Once the service is enabled, you can manage the number of days before your shipment is automatically returned to you. This can be done in your business account: the "Settings" section, "Manage services" tab.

Activation is free of charge.

The cost of the automatic return service

The return cost is calculated according to standard rates.

The parcel is stored at the branch for free within 7 days, excluding the day of delivery, while pallets are stored for 3 days. Subsequently, the fee is charged for storing shipments at the branch.
The fee for such storage is calculated according to the rates.

How to extend the storage period of shipments

  • This option is available if the "Automatic Shipment Return" service is activated. If the shipment is created before enabling the service, an extension of the storage period is not available.

How the sender can extend the storage period in the business account

    Select the parcel you want in the "My parcels" section.

    Select "Extend the storage period" in the "Management" menu.

    Specify a new date of return and click "Create a request".

The cost of storing shipments at the branch if the storage period is extended

The "Extension of the storage period" is provided free of charge. Only the days of paid storage, if any, must be covered.

The sender shall not cover the cost of paid storage if the recipient has ordered an extension and refused to receive the shipment.
