    2. Hand over the opened parcel to the operator to check the contents

    3. Provide the sender's details:

            first name and surname in Latin

            e-mail

    5. Specify the delivery type:
            To a Nova Post branch or GLS Parcelshop delivery point: indicate the city and branch number. Find on the map
            To a specific location with GLS couriers: specify the postcode, city, street, building and flat number
            To an AlzaBox or GLS Parcel Box parcel locker: specify the city and number of the parcel locker. Find on the map

    6. Pay the delivery cost

  • How can I pick up a parcel from AlzaBox and GLS Parcel Box parcel lockers in Czechia

    1. Enter the authorization code from the SMS or e-mail received on the touch screen display of the parcel locker.

    2. Shipping is already paid for by the sender. You don't need to pay anything.

    3. Once you have entered the authorization code, a locker opens with your parcel.

    4. Pick up your parcel. Check the information on the display to see if your parcel is sorted into multiple lockers.

    5. When you pick up the parcel, close the locker.
    The shipment must be picked up from the parcel locker within 3 days from the time it was placed in the locker. Then the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Nova Post branch.

  • How can I get a parcel from GLS Parcel Shop delivery points in Czechia

    1. Select a delivery option to any GLS Parcel Shop.

    2. When the parcel arrives at the delivery point, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code for pickup.

    3. If you cannot pick up the parcel within 5 business days, you can extend the storage time by a further 3 working days by calling 567 771 111.

    You'll receive an SMS reminding you of the expiration date. If you miss the deadline for picking up the parcel and do not extend the storage time, the parcel will be forwarded to a Nova Post branch in Czechia.

    4. Upon receipt, you don't have to pay for the delivery. This service is paid for by the sender.
