6. Pay the delivery cost

2. Shipping is already paid for by the sender. You don't need to pay anything.
3. Once you have entered the authorization code, a locker opens with your parcel.
4. Pick up your parcel. Check the information on the display to see if your parcel is sorted into multiple lockers.
5. When you pick up the parcel, close the locker.
The shipment must be picked up from the parcel locker within 3 days from the time it was placed in the locker. 2. When the parcel arrives at the delivery point, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code for pickup.
3. If you cannot pick up the parcel within 5 business days, you can extend the storage time by a further 3 working days by calling 567 771 111.
You'll receive an SMS reminding you of the expiration date. If you miss the deadline for picking up the parcel and do not extend the storage time, the parcel will be forwarded to a Nova Post branch in Czechia.
