Important information on postal item customs clearance in Ukraine
The invoiced value of the parcel: up to €150
No additional taxes are applied to parcels containing gifts, goods or personal items
The invoiced value of the parcel: over €150
- Import duty: 10 % of excess over €150
- VAT: 20 % of the invoiced value of the shipment (excess over €150 + import duty)
An example of calculating the customs payment for a shipment with an invoice value above €150:
The goods cost €200. The total customs payments will be:
- import duty = (€200 - €150) × 10 % = €5
- VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) × 20% = €11
Total tax charged: €5 + €11 = €16
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
