Delivery between countries - not less than 3 days.

The speed of our delivery is one of our advantages. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be regarded as definite and guaranteed; they may different from those indicated in the express waybill or on our site and do not include:

  • Day of delivery of the parcel for transportation;
  • Weekends (non-working days);
  • Official holidays;
  • Banking holidays;
  • Delays caused by security checks of the items being transported;
  • Customs clearance procedures;
  • Delays which are caused by circumstances beyond the control of Nova Post and Nova Poshta LLC.
