How to send from the branch
- 1Register the shipment in the mobile app to receive an electronic express waybill (EW). If there are any issues, you can register the shipment at the branch by asking the operator.

- 3If you've created an EW in the app, provide the number to the operator or specify your details and the sender's details:
- 3.1full name in Latin
- 3.2phone number
- 4Hand over the opened parcel to the operator to check the contents.
- 5Specify the delivery type:

- 5.3address: zip code, city, street, building and apartment number
- 6Pay for the shipment.
How to send from the address
- 1
- 2Pay for delivery services.
- 3Wait for a notification informing you of the courier's arrival date and stay at the specified address on that day. More details about the courier service work schedule.
- 4Before the courier arrives, pack the shipment according to the packaging standards. The parcel's weight should not exceed 30 kg.
- 5Pass a closed parcel to the courier.
The parcel is picked up by Nova Post or partner company couriers.
After dispatch, we'll send the recipient a notification of parcel registration and payment calculation by SMS or E-mail.
Couriers only accept and pick up shipments packed according to the packaging standards.
Please pack the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier. According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
How to send from a parcel locker
- 1Create an EW for the parcel in the mobile app.
- 2Pay for the shipment. Once you pay, you will receive an access code to the parcel locker via SMS or push notification in the app.

- 4Enter the access code on the screen of the parcel locker or scan the QR code from the Nova Post app. Follow the prompts on the parcel locker screen.
- 5Place the parcel in the locker and close the door of the parcel locker.
Categories not accepted for transportation
- Food that requires a special temperature regime or with an expiration date up to 5 days (best before date is indicated on the package),chilled or frozen foods, dairy products.
- Banknotes: national currency (excepting numismatic coins and sets), foreign currency, securities.
- Medicines and narcotic drugs: medicines which require special storage and transport conditions (including hydrogen peroxide), ethyl alcohol, veterinary & immuno biological substances. Psychotropic substances and precursors their analogs and precursors that are subject to a special control in accordance with regulations.
- Any form of animals, insects, animal remains raw fur.
- Firearm and its parts: firearm of all types,main parts of weapons, shooting devices, cartridges equipped with rubber or similar non-fatal ammunition, cold weapon and other items, specially designed to attack and defenses (knives,stilettos, canswith paralytic liquids, etc.), combat supplies, means of initiation of explosion, explosives or explosive devices, easy-flammable or otherwise dangerous substances.
- Hazardous Substances: hydrogen peroxide, acids, high octane oxygen-containing substances (chemical compounds that are related to gasoline), as wells liquids and substances in containers and other available packaging with labels (stickers) showing dangerous goods signs from 1st to7th classes including: flammable,explosive, radioactive substances and substances and other dangerous items with the corresponding marking ("explosive materials and substances", "pyrotechnic products", "gases", "flammable liquids","substances capable to self-ignition","toxic and infectious substances","substances that oxidize", "radioactive materials","corrosive and caustic substances","other dangerous substances and products"), poisonous plants, asbestos and its products (pipes,slate,etc.).
- Batteries: any batteries that were in use.
- Lamps & Spotlights: fluorescent lamps and other products that contains mercury.
- Cylinders/cartridges/fire extinguishers: filled with liquid/gases (propane,butane,isobutane tank and other combustibles gases) cylinders, cartridges, fire extinguishers.
- Peroxides hydrogen: in any concentrations or packaging.
- Acids: in any concentrations or containers,including items,which include any amount of acid,peroxy-hydrogen or other chemical compounds with oxidizing agents (regardless of the concentration).
- Any form of pyrotechnic products.
- Containers with liquids: containers with liquids with the manufacturer's label/stickers dangerous goods signs from 1st to 7th classes without manufacturer label/stickers with information about the name the substance, specifications and storage conditions, as well as the presence of traces of peeling or pasting on top of the factory label/sticker other labels and signs in case of absence/damage of connections between control ring on neck and lid containers (seals) items that have traces of leakage, bad smelt containing high-octane oxygen-containing impurities (chemical compounds that are related to gasoline) wrapped in corrugated cardboard, opaque film, tape or other wrapping materials or packed in boxes (excepting original manufacturer packaging with information about the name of the substance and its characteristics).
