This is a handy option allowing the Sender to make an international express shipment and assign the delivery cost to the Recipient.
You, as a Sender, can manage your logistics costs more efficiently by informing and agreeing on the delivery cost with the recipient in advance.
How does it work
- 1Defining the payer of logistics services: The Sender must inform the Recipient and obtain consent to pay for logistics services in favor of the Nova Post Group of Companies with the currency of the country of receipt.
- 2Creating a shipment: The Sender shall create a shipment as usual, specifying all the necessary data for an international shipment.
- 3Selecting a payer: When registering a shipment, choose the “Payment by the Recipient” option.
- 4Delivery: Your parcel will be delivered to a branch in the country of the NP's presence.
- 5Payment: The Recipient shall pay all delivery-related costs in the mobile app or at the branch upon receipt of the parcel.
- 6Pickup: The Recipient can pick up the parcel at the NP branch.

Sender
- 1The Sender shall inform the Recipient and agree on the terms of shipment (payment for international delivery services by the Recipient).

This service is available in Poland and will be further expanded to all countries covered by NP's operations.

Yes, this service is suitable for both small businesses and large corporations seeking additional means of managing the cost of delivering shipments to customers.
- Why this service is not available for Business Sender
This service is available for all Business Senders from Ukraine by default. Should there be numerous complaints from recipients, the availability of the service may be suspended. For similar cases, please contact your personal Account Manager.
Customs clearance of the shipment
- Parcel cost up to €45
No taxes are charged
- Parcel cost: €45,01–€150
VAT: 23% of the shipment cost.
Example: an item costs €100. Additionally, the recipient must pay VAT: €100 x 23% = €23
- Parcel cost exceeds €150
- 1Import duty: from 0 to 18% of the value, depending on the type of goods
- 2VAT: 23% of the shipment cost (declared value + import duty)
Example: the goods cost €300.
Customs payments will be:
- 1Import duty = €300 x 10% = €30
- 2VAT = (€300 + €30) x 23% = €75,90
The recipient must pay the following tax: €30 + €75,90 = €105,90
Customs reserves the right to refuse a shipment or change the amount of customs duties
This can happen if a customs officer detects a breach of the rules:
- 1the shipment's contents differ from the list specified in the declaration
- 2the declared value differs from the real one
- 3the parcel contains goods that are not accepted for transportation.
How to receive
At the Nova Post branch

- 1Get an SMS message about the parcel delivery.
- 2Visit the specified branch with the original identity documents and the International Express Waybill (IEW) number.
- 3Provide the operator with the express waybill number and documents.
- 4Pay the customs duty if it was charged.
- 5Receive the parcel and a copy of the IEW to confirm receipt.

By courier to the address

- 1Receive an SMS or email from InPost with information about the date and time of delivery.
- 2Have your identity documents.
You can receive a parcel up to 50 kg by courier service
- 1Weight: up to 50 kg
- 2Width, height, and length not exceeding 150 cm
Additional 100 ₴ must be paid to the rate for courier delivery.
In the Paczkomat device

You can receive parcels up to 25 kg through the Paczkomat device
Acceptable locker dimensions:
- 1locker А — 8 × 38 × 64 cm
- 2locker B — 19 × 38 × 64 cm
- 3locker C — 41 × 38 × 64 cm
Once the parcel is at the parcel locker, you will be notified of the parcel locker address and the code to open it.
If you have the Inbox mobile app installed, you will receive a push notification with a QR code to open the locker.
How to open the parcel locker:
- 1Scan the QR code with the parcel locker scanner.
- 2If there is no QR code, enter the unlock code from the SMS on the parcel locker screen.
- 3When the locker opens, pick up the parcel and close the locker.
