Receive at the branch
Receive parcels at the branch using your phone number, waybill number, documents, or mobile app.
Each branch's card contains its address and working hours.
When the parcel arrives at the branch, you will receive a delivery notification on the phone and email specified by the sender, as well as a push notification in the mobile app.
Parcel inspection
Inspect your shipment to make sure everything is in place and undamaged. This is a free service that allows you to open the shipping packaging and check the contents of the parcel before accepting it.
Inspection is permitted in the presence of a Nova Post employee at the point of delivery or in a specially designated area.
