How does it work

  • Use a box
    1.When placing an order on your website, the customer selects the «Pay on delivery» option and specifies delivery to a Nova Post branch in Ukraine or courier delivery to the address.
  • Pack fragile items in three layers of bubble wrap
    2. When the order is completed, an international express waybill (IEW) will be displayed in the Nova Post mobile app with details about the order, sender's contacts, and an additional service: «Pay on delivery».
  • Use a box
    3. When the parcel arrives at the branch or will be handed over to the courier, the customer will get a notification.

    4. The client can inspect the goods when receiving in Ukraine. If they are not suitable, the client can return the parcel without payment.

How to enable cash on delivery for your online store

The cost of the service

2,75% of the payment amount, but not less than 5 zł including VAT.

In the agreement, you specify who pays for all shipments with cash on delivery.

Transfer terms and conditions

  • The invoiced value for goods from Polish online stores is calculated in złoty. The customer can pay for the goods with a card in any currency: it will be converted automatically into the currency of your order.
  • Certain banks may apply a double conversion process, which could result in a higher final charged amount.
  • Maximum transfer amount
    • From a recipient in Ukraine:
      • Single payment: up to €150 or the equivalent in the sender's currency
      • Total amount of payments per month: up to 100 000 ₴
    • From a recipient in Poland: up to €15 000 per day
