The customer can first receive and inspect the goods in Ukraine and only then pay for them.

This service is available for ordering goods from online stores in Poland.

Parcels are sent only to Nova Post branches in Ukraine: it's still not possible to order delivery by courier, to a parcel locker, or another country.

How the service works for the client

  • Use a box
    1.When placing an order on your website, the customer selects the «Pay on delivery» option and specifies delivery to a Nova Post branch in Ukraine.
  • Pack fragile items in three layers of bubble wrap
    2. When the order is completed, an international express waybill (IEW) will be displayed in the Nova Post mobile app with details about the order, sender's contacts, and an additional service: «Pay on delivery».

    3. When the parcel arrives at the branch, the customer will get a notification.

    4. The client can inspect the goods at the branch in Ukraine. If they are not suitable, the client can return the parcel without payment.

How to order

  • Fill in a service agreement with Nova Post: You can download this document online or write to the sales manager: wspolpraca@novapost.pl
  • Send the filled-in agreement to the sales manager: wspolpraca@novapost.pl
  • Add the «Pay on delivery» option to your website via the Nova Post API. Besides, tell your customers about the payment on delivery option on your website.

We will confirm the agreement within 2-3 business days and send a notification to your email.


Rate

2,75% of the payment amount, but not less than 5 zł including VAT.


Transfer terms and conditions

    The cost of goods in Polish online stores is calculated in zloty. The client can pay for the goods with a card of any currency. When paying, the currency will be converted at the zloty exchange rate.
  • 2
    Some banks can apply a double conversion. In this case, the payment amount for the goods will be higher. For terms and conditions of debiting for goods in international online stores, see the official bank websites.
  • 3
    One-time transfer amount: Up to €150 equivalent to Polish zlotys.
  • 4
    Monthly transfer turnover: Up to 100 000 ₴ equivalent to Polish zlotys.

  • When receiving the goods, the branch operator may ask the customer for an identity document, such as an international passport.

    This is legal. We do so for your safety and to reduce the risk of fraud.
