This service is suitable for

■ Marketplaces: When a seller sends goods at the marketplace's expense;
■ Corporate clients and business partners: When a company pays for deliveries for its manufacturers, sellers, etc.

This service is extremely easy and simple to use

What does a sender need

An agreement with Nova Post
A confirmation by mail about the partner's willingness to pay for the delivery

What does a partner need

An agreement with the sender's country,
A confirmation by mail about the willingness to pay for delivery instead of suppliers, manufacturers, sellers, etc.

Delivery is paid at the rate in the sender's country

To enable this service, you need to sign an agreement with the Nova Post sales department in the sender's country.

Both the sender and the business partner can order this service

The sender or partner shall contact the Nova Post sales manager with a request to enable the payment by a third party.

To do so, provide full information about the partner who will pay for the delivery:
- Company name
- Full name of the partner's contact person
- Phone number and e-mail.

Nova Post will make all the adjustments. The sender only has to create a shipment:
- In the Business account
- At the Nova Post branch
- Via API

The specified partner shall pay for the delivery according to the terms of the agreement with Nova Post.
