Who Pays for the Delivery

After the delivery, we will send the recipient a message by SMS, Viber or email on parcel registration and payments.

Parcel customs clearance

  • Parcel value: up to €150

    No taxes are charged

  • Parcel value: over €150

      import duty: 0–30% of the declared value

      VAT: 20% of the value of the Cost of Nova Post customs brokerage services

Calculation example:

The goods cost €200. The total customs payments will be:

    import duty = (€200 - €150) × 10% = €5
  • 2
    VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) × 20% = €11

Total tax charged: €5 + €11 = €16

The customs office is entitled to refuse entry of a postal item into the country or change the customs payment amount

This may occur if a customs officer finds a violation:
