How to send a parcel from a branch

    Select the nearest Nova Post branch in your city.
  2. 2
    Create a shipment with an operator or online before visiting the branch using mobile application or website. Provide the operator with the waybill number if the parcel was created online.
  3. 3
    Pay the shipment together with selected additional services and hand the parcel over to the operator.

How to send from address

    Fill in the shipment form using mobile app or website.
  2. 2
    Pay your shipment.
  3. 3
    Wait for notification of the courier's arrival date and stay at the specified address on that day. Find out more about the courier's work schedule.

    Pack the parcel in advance according to packaging standards and make sure the weighs is below 30 kg.

    Hand the parcel over to the courier.

How to send a parcel via the Inpost network

You can quickly and easily send a parcel with Nova Post from any InPost parcel locker. For sending you need to perform the following algorithm of actions:

    Register the parcel online in the Nova Post mobile application or in your personal account.
  2. 2
    Make an online payment and receive an access code to the Inpost parcel locker.

    The access code is universal and allows access to any convenient parcel locker, provided that the locker has free cells. 
    You will receive the access code to the parcel locker by SMS, email or in the Nova Post application.

    Choose an Inpost parcel locker that is convenient for you. You can find it on the map.
  4. 4
    Enter the access code on the parcel locker screen or scan the QR code from the Nova Post application. Follow the instructions displayed on the parcel locker screen.
  5. 5
    Place the parcel in the open parcel locker cell. Close the cell after loading.

Please note that either Nova Post couriers or couriers from partner companies come to pick up the parcel.

    Yes, customers can send parcels via InPost parcel lockers. More information can be found on the corresponding page.

  • What should I do if I wasn't at home when the courier arrived

    We will call you to arrange a new pick-up date.

    After two unsuccessful attempts, we will transfer the parcel to the warehouse and call the recipient to confirm whether the delivery is still needed.

  • Is it possible to hand over not packed parcel to courier

    No, couriers only accept and collect parcels packed in accordance with packaging standards.

    Please pack the parcel in advance so as not to make the courier wait.

  • What happens if I hand over a parcel which is more than 30 kg to the courier

    The courier will collect the parcel, but it will be weighed at the sorting office. If the parcel is above 30 kg, we will return it to the sender.

  • Can the recipient pay for the delivery

    No, the sender pays for the delivery.

  • How to track a parcel

    You can track your parcel in the Tracking tab or in the mobile application.

  • How will the recipient know that the parcel has already arrived

    When the parcel arrives at the branch or parcel locker, the recipient will receive a SMS notification via or push notification in the mobile application.

    In case of address delivery, the courier will notify the recipient that the parcel has already arrived.
