The courier accepts shipments up to 30 kg.
Larger parcels should be sent and picked up at Nova Post cargo branches.
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.

Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs 800 zł, and a building kit costs 1 500 zł.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- Parcel with a building kit: 1 500 х 0,5% = 7,5 zł

The delivery cost consists of the delivery tariff and a fee on the invoiced value.
The delivery rate is calculated according to the largest value of the dimensions: actual or volumetric weight
The estimated weight for pallets is calculated according to the tableThe rate is determined by the higher of the actual weight or the pallet base area.

Weight calculation
In order to determine tariffs for shipments and cargo the larger of the actual or volume weight is use. Volume weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 4 000 or cargo volume (cu.m) x 250.
Declared value fee:
up to 1 000 zł is included into the rate; over 1 000 zł – 0,5%Parametres permitted according to type of shipment
- Documents: length up to 35 cm, width up to 25 cm, thickness up to 2 cm, actual weight up to 30 kg
- Shipment: actual or volume weight up to kg, maximum side up to 120 cm, total of the sides up to 150 cm
- Cargo: actual or volume weight – from 31 kg to 1 000 kg, length up to 300 cm, width and height up to 170 cm
- Pallets: actual weight – up to 1 000 kg, dimensions 120 cm x 80 cm x 170 cm

Cost of delivery
- The cost of delivery from Poland to Ukraine includes their receipt at a Nova Post branch and delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or automated parcel locker.
- Additionally, a commission is charged for the declared value or invoice value and delivery/sending by courier. Delivery fees shall be paid by the sender.
Customs brokerage services and customs duties payment
Payment for customs brokerage services for the preparation of the export declaration is made by the sender.
Payment of customs duties, taxes and other duties occurs in the country of delivery.
The cost of shipments is based on each item shipped in accordance with the tariffs.
The delivery time from Poland to Ukraine is from 3 business days.
