Frequently asked questions
- What’s the latest time I can send a parcel?
You can send parcels in one of two time slots: 9:00 — 11:00 and 11:00 — 13:00. All shipments will be delivered the same day within your chosen time intervals.
To ensure your parcel is dispatched in the nearest available time slot, the courier pickup request must be submitted no later than 1 hour before the selected time interval.
- What happens if the recipient isn’t available?
If the courier cannot reach the recipient or complete the delivery, the sender will be notified thereof. The delivery will be canceled and the parcel will be returned to the sender.
For redelivery, a new order must be placed.
- What goods are prohibited for sending?
We do not accept parcels containing items from our list of prohibited goods.
- What documents are required?
No additional paperwork or printing labels is required to send a parcel. Just prepare those you want to include with the parcel for the recipient.
- How to conclude a long-term cooperation agreement?
Same-day delivery is available exclusively to Nova Post business customers. To use this service, you must have an active agreement with Nova Post. To sign an agreement, please contact our sales department:
