What you can send
- 1Shipment type: cargo
- 2Maximum weight and dimensions: Up to 1 000 kg of actual or volumetric weight. The length of the postal item should be up to 300 cm, height up to 170 cm and width up to 170 cm (including packaging).
- 3Declared value: up to €10 000. The declared value must be equal to the real (market) value of the shipment to successfully pass customs control.
- 4International postal items sent to Ukraine from an individual to an individual with an estimated value of up to €150 are not subject to additional taxes.

- 2Provide the sender's details: first and last name in Latin characters, phone number;
- 3Provide the recipient's details: first and last name in Latin characters, phone number;
- 4Specify the type of delivery: branch, parcel locker, address (zip code, city, street, house number, apartment number);
- 5Pay for the postal item.
