What you can send

  • Shipment type: cargo
  • Maximum weight and dimensions: Up to 1,000 kg of actual or volumetric weight. The length of the postal item should be up to 300 cm, height up to 170 cm and width up to 170 cm (including packaging).
  • Declared value: up to €10 000. The declared value must be equal to the real (market) value of the shipment to successfully pass customs control.
  • International postal items sent to Ukraine from an individual to an individual with an estimated value of up to €150 are not subject to additional taxes.

What you cannot send

Goods included in the list of prohibited goods are not accepted for shipment. If prohibited goods are detected during customs inspection, the shipment will be returned to the sender at their expense.

  • Foodstuffs that require a special temperature regime, without original packaging and weighing more than 10 kg
  • Cigarettes and alcohol
  • Medicines and medicinal products
  • Money, coins and banknotes
  • Jewellery, precious metals and stones
Please note that sending several identical items is considered a commercial shipment and is prohibited.

  • Declared value fee:

    • From Poland to Ukraine: up to 200 PLN included in the tariff, over 200 PLN: 0.5%.
    • Prices are given in local currency (PLN including VAT), valid as of 01.03.2023
    • Shipping costs are paid by the sender in Poland
    • The cost of possible additional customs duties is paid by the recipient in Ukraine

  • Weight calculation:

    • The greater of the actual or volumetric weight is used
    • Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 4,000

Instructions

Sending from a branch:

  1. Give the operator an open parcel so that they can inspect its contents
  2. Provide the sender's details: first and last name in Latin characters, phone number;
  3. Provide the recipient's details: first and last name in Latin characters, phone number;
  4. Specify the type of delivery: branch, parcel locker, address (zip code, city, street, house number, apartment number);
  5. Pay for the postal item;
