A pickup point is basically a branch on the territory of any operating business from which you can send a parcel with Nova Post.

Potential locations

  • In a grocery store or mini-market
  • At a gas station
  • In a pharmacy
  • In a clothing, household, building materials store, etc.

We'll send parcels and documents with the following parameters

How to send from the pickup point Nova Post

Prepare your items and make sure that the contents of the shipment are allowed for transportation

Choose the point on the map you want to send from

Arrange the shipment in the mobile app or personal account to receive an electronic express waybill

There is no packaging at the pickup point, so pack the shipment yourself

Pay for the shipment: by card, in the mobile app, business account, or on the website

Provide the EW number and the parcel to the employee of the pickup point
