How to send a parcel from the Paczkomat network of devices

    Create a shipment in the Nova Post mobile app or in your personal account.

    Pay for delivery and receive an access code for Paczkomat: via SMS, email, or in the Nova Post app. The access code is universal and will open any available compartment in any Paczkomat.

    Enter the access code on the Parcel locker screen or scan the QR code from the Nova Post app: the prompts on the Parcel locker screen will show you how to do everything

    When the locker opens, place the parcel. Then close the locker.
