Each business client can get a master and additional cards

A business client's master card is automatically created when the contract is activated if no other cards, including client cards for private individuals, have previously been registered at the telephone number specified in the application.

You can check whether a loyalty card of an individual or other business client identification card is attached to the number by calling the Customer Support Center. You can also cancel the cards attached to your number by leaving a request with a Customer Support Center employee.

The number of the new business client identification card will be sent to your email with a link to confirm activation.

How to use a business client card

Present your business client card to the branch operator when sending or receiving parcels. If you do not have your card with you, you can identify yourself by SMS to the phone number to which the card is linked.

When sending parcels that have been created in advance, you do not need to be identified at the branch.


Questions and answers

  • How to change the cardholder's personal data?

    You can do so in your business account.

    In the business account, the master cardholder can change the personal and contact details of the master card and all additional cards.

    The holder of an additional one can only change their details. To do so, ensure you have no pending shipments. If you have such shipments, you must fill out a data re-registration request and send it to your personal manager or karta@novaposhta.ua. These changes will be made within one business day from the date of receipt of the request.

  • What should I do if the card is lost?

    In this case, you need to get a new card. Fill out a request to be assigned a new card by number and send it to your personal manager or karta@novaposhta.ua.

  • Can I attach several business client cards to one number?

    Unfortunately, only one business client card can be attached to one phone number.

    If several business cards are required:

      Provide a different phone number for registration

      Change the phone number within an existing card
    • 3
      Execute a power of attorney as an alternative to a card

  • How to deactivate a business client card?

    To do so, fill out a card cancellation request and send it to your personal manager or karta@novaposhta.ua.

    After changing or deleting a card, all information is also deleted, and it won't be retrievable.

  • Cases when the master business client identification card cannot be canceled:

      The client has a valid contract with Nova Post and/or special terms of cooperation.

      Employees have valid additional cards

  • What is the cost of using a business client card?
