Nova Post in Moldova hit a record with its fast delivery from the world's largest online stores, such as iHerb, Makeup, Zapatos, Temu, Aliexpress, and others. On February 28, 2025, the company handled 38,137 parcels in one day, which is over 50 shipments every minute.

People in Moldova are more likely to choose foreign goods owing to the smooth logistics and Nova Post's cooperation with major international marketplaces. Thus, 88% of all parcels in February originated from foreign marketplaces. Clothes, footwear, cosmetics, electronics, and household appliances are the most popular products among Moldovan shoppers.

Nova Post is constantly upgrading its processes to ensure fast delivery and meet the growing demand. A new sorting terminal equipped with a modern train sorter system was launched in Chisinau, operating 24/7. Each parcel is thoroughly dispatched to ensure accurate delivery and minimize the risk of loss.

Moreover, Nova Post expanded its network: there are now 61 pickup points, 260 parcel lockers, and 31 branches in Moldova. The company implemented an addressed storage system by locker number in its branches, thus cutting the time to find a parcel from 3 minutes to 45 seconds.

Last year, in the run-up to the holidays, the company likewise set a record in terms of the quantity of shipments. On December 20, 2024, Nova Post in Moldova handled 34,476 parcels in a day.
