Nova Post launched parcel delivery to its points in ten Czech cities

New service points were launched in Jihlava, Olomouc, Ceske Budejovice, Brno, Pribram, Liberec, Bilina, Usti nad Labem, Teplice, and Chomutov. These are located in Ukrainian business facilities, such as Ukrainian product stores, service centers, hotels, tailor shops, etc.

New points can be either used to receive a paid parcel of up to 30 kg and with a declared value of up to UAH 8,500 (5,000 crowns) or to send a parcel. The shipment is made online via the mobile app or website. Once the payment is made, the customer brings the packed parcel to the nearest pickup point. Different locations offer options for sending parcels weighing 10 kg, 15 kg, or 30 kg. The system will prompt you with possible options during checkout.

The cost of delivering a parcel to a pickup and delivery point is equal to the cost of delivering it to a branch in Czechia without any additional charges.

«Soon we'll introduce a packaging service and an option to arrange shipments directly at the parcel pickup and delivery points. Besides, in the spring, we intend to open 7 more mini-branches in the largest cities of Czechia we are not present in yet, as well as expand the network of our parcel pickup and delivery points,»,

Today, Nova Post's network in Czechia includes eight own branches in Prague, Brno, Plzen, Liberec, Ostrava, and Pardubice, as well as 1,300 partner Alza Box parcel lockers and 1,400 partner GLS Parcel Shop pickup points. Customers can also use courier delivery and pickup from any address in the country.

Nova Post provides fast delivery between Czechia, Ukraine, and other European countries, including Poland, Lithuania, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
