Reliable Purchase

A service for OLX customers: you can pay for your order when picking it up at Nova Post

This service is available for the following shipments:

    "Parcel locker to Branch"

    "Parcel locker to Address"

    Select a product on the website or in the OLX mobile app.

    Specify delivery to a Nova Post branch in the order details.

    Select the "Payment in a branch" option as a payment method. The funds paid are credited to the NovaPay account, a financial partner of Nova Post.

    Check and pay for the goods at the branch. If the order is not suitable, just leave it with the branch operator. Nova Post will send the goods back to the seller for free, and your funds will be refunded to the card you used to make the payment.

The Reliable Purchase is available only for goods listed on the OLX platform.
Within this service, you cannot order the Forwarding or Changing Shipping Data options

The Reliable Purchase service includes the cost of delivery

No need to pay extra for delivery, make additional advance payments or disclose your payment card information.

Nova Post does not send any notifications about the Reliable Purchase service or links to forms for filling in payment card information.
Such notifications are sent only by scammers. Never reveal the tracking number, personal data, or order details to third parties, and do not use the EW number transmitted to you by personal message
