Receiving a shipment via a parcel locker is very easy, with no waiting in line.
Once the shipment is delivered to the parcel locker, the recipient will be sent an SMS with the address. Find the location of the parcel locker on the map or in the mobile app.

Who pays for delivery
Payment for delivery to a parcel locker is available to both the sender and the recipient.
After dispatch, we will send information about parcel processing and applied charges via SMS or email.
How to pick up your shipment at a parcel locker
Once the parcel is sent, the recipient will receive an SMS with instructions.
You can pick up your parcel from the parcel locker within 3 days. Then the parcel will be moved to the nearest branch. The recipient will be notified of the branch number via SMS or mobile app.
If the parcel is lost, contact the call center:
Mon-Fri: from 8:00 to 20:00
Sat-Sun: from 9:00 to 18:00
The operator will assist you in finding your shipment or filing a claim.
