You can easily pick up your shipment at a parcel locker without queuing up.
Once the shipment is delivered to the parcel locker, the recipient will be sent an SMS with the address. Find the location of the parcel locker on the map or in the mobile app.

Who pays for the delivery
Shipment is paid by Sender.
After sending the parcel, we will send the recipient a notification about the parcel's registration and payment accrual: by SMS or e-mail.
How to pick up your shipment at a parcel locker
Once the parcel is sent, the recipient will receive an SMS with instructions.
You can pick up your parcel from the parcel locker within 3 days. Then the parcel will be moved to the nearest branch. The recipient will be notified of the branch number via SMS or mobile app.
If the parcel is lost, contact the call center:
Mon-Fri: from 8:00 to 20:00
Sat-Sun: from 9:00 to 18:00
