Advantages
* Invoiced value means the declared value of an international shipment indicated in the invoice or waybill.
- How to calculate the delivery cost
The cost of delivery services is calculated according to the parcel's actual weight or dimensions (volumetric weight). The greater of the actual weight or volumetric weight is used
If the parcel's declared value exceeds 500 lei, a fee on the declared value is added to the delivery rate 0,5%.

Actual weight
It is weighed at the branch and the sorting center to determine the value

Volumetric weight
Reveals how much space a parcel will require in a vehicle. It is calculated by the formula: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5 000
Calculation example
The construction set weighs 2 kg and has the following dimensions when packed: 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm.
Parcel weight calculation:
- actual weight: = 2 kg
- volumetric weight: = 30*30*30/5 000 = 5.4 kg
The rate will be calculated by the higher weight value – 5.4 kg.

- How to calculate the fee on the shipment's declared value
If the parcel's declared value exceeds 500 lei, a fee on the declared value is added to the delivery rate.
- Up to 500 lei is included in the rate
- Over 500 lei: +0.5% of the declared value to the delivery rates
Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs 500 lei, and a construction set costs 800 lei.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- Parcel with a construction set: 800 lei*0.5% = 4 lei to the delivery rates

Нарахування митних платежів в Україні
- Invoiced value* of the parcel: up to €150
There are no additional taxes for parcels containing gifts, goods, or personal belongings
- Invoice value* of the parcel: over €150
- Import duty: 10% of excess value over €150
- VAT: 20% of the parcel value (in excess of €150 + import duty)
* Invoiced value means the declared value of an international shipment indicated in the invoice or waybill.
Calculation example:
The goods cost €200. The total customs payments will be:
- import duty = (€200 - €150) × 10% = €5
- VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) × 20% = €11
Total tax charged: €5 + €11 = €16
If the declared value of a postal item exceeds €150, do not make two parcels out of one to avoid the customs payments.
At the customs office in Ukraine, such shipments are grouped together and their invoiced values are summed up, so customs payments will still be charged.
