Receive parcels near your home, office or shop
A pickup point is a type of branch located on the territory of an existing company where you can receive a parcel from Nova Post:
- Stores: household, construction, etc.
- Grocery stores, minimarkets
- Gas stations, pharmacies, etc.

*Parcels with payment upon delivery (recipient-paid) are not accepted for delivery to pick-up points.
When the shipment arrives, you will be notified of the EW number (express waybill) and the address of the pickup point by SMS or in the mobile app.
How to receive a parcel from a partner point
When you visit a partner point, show the operator your EW number and an identification document, e.g. IC, your passport or driver's license.
- The "Parcel Inspection" service is unavailable at Pick Up Points.
- Storage period: up to 30 days. After the expiration of the term, the parcel will be redirected to the storage depot.
Exception: TEMU orders are stored for 10 days. Once the 10-day period is over, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
