Order goods from your favorite online stores and receive them at the nearest Nova Post branch in Moldova.

How to order NP Shopping delivery

   Sign up with NP Shopping and get your international shopping address.

   Place an order and pay for it in the online store. Check the international address in your NP Shopping account and specify it in the delivery field.

   Make an order in your NP Shopping account.

   Receive an order in Moldova.

Parcels with an invoiced value exceeding €150 are additionally subject to customs duties

• Import duty: 0-15% of the excess of €150
• VAT: 20% of the sum of the invoiced value of the parcel and customs duties
• Nova Post customs brokerage services.
  Calculation sample: 500 lei for 1 declaration of up to 5 items if there are more than 5 items in the parcel – 50 lei for each subsequent item in the declaration

Calculation example

There is 1 item in the parcel worth €200. Customs duties will be as follows:

• Import duty = €200 x 10% = €20
• VAT = (€200 + €20) x 20% = €44

Total tax payable: €20 + €44 = €64

• Nova Post customs brokerage services = 500 lei

Advantages

The storage period at the branch for TEMU orders is 10 days. After the 10-day period expires, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
