* Once the storage period has elapsed, the parcel will be removed from the parcel locker and its location will be displayed in the app.
Exception: after 3 days of storage in the parcel locker, TEMU parcels will be returned to the sender.

The period of parcel storage in the branch

  • The parcel can be stored in the branch for up to 30 days at most.

This service is provided automatically. There is no need to order it separately.

The storage period may be different if the sender has so indicated.
For example, TEMU orders are stored at the office or pickup point for 10 days, after which they are returned to the sender.

  • How can I get my parcel if the storage period has elapsed

    Following 30 days of storage, the shipment is considered unclaimed. Unclaimed parcels are sent to the storage warehouse.

    To receive a parcel from the storage warehouse, be sure to do the following:

      Pay for the first delivery and storage services

      Order repeated delivery and pay for it
    3. 3
      Exception: the provisions above do not apply to TEMU parcels. They are returned to the sender after 10 days of storage at branches/pickup points, 3 days in parcel lockers, or after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to the address.

The cost of storing parcels in a branch or pickup point beyond the free period

An additional fee is charged from the 8th day of the parcel storage.

Attention! The storage period for TEMU orders is 10 days at branches or pickup points, 3 days in parcel lockers, or up to 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to the address. After these periods expire, the parcel will be returned to the sender (TEMU).
