Receive parcels at home or your workplace: Nova Post courier will deliver it to a convenient address
You will be notified of the delivery address by SMS or in your mobile app on the day of delivery.
The courier will call the recipient's phone number 30-60 minutes before arrival to inform him or her of the delivery.
Nova Post couriers deliver parcels to the address from Monday to Saturday
Delivery time: 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
How to pay for the shipment
- online: via mobile application or personal cabinet
- to the courier: in cash or by card
Shipments worth 50 000 lei or more must be paid online: via mobile application or personal cabinet
Couriers deliver parcels to the address and pass them to the recipient. The recipient must ensure unloading or lifting of the cargo to the floor.
The courier will make 3 attempts to deliver the parcel to the recipient within the same shipment. If all delivery attempts are failed, the parcel will be redirected to a storage warehouse.
