How to receive a parcel at a parcel locker

To receive parcels at a parcel locker, be sure to have this on your smartphone:

    Approach the parcel locker and launch the mobile app
  2. 2
    Select the parcel you want to receive and click on it.
  3. 3
    Click the "Open Locker" button.
  4. 4
    Collect the parcel, confirm receipt in the app, and close the locker.

For Android users:

Make sure that the DNS function (which blocks ads) is turned off in your phone settings to avoid connection issues.

For iOS users:

In your phone settings, go to the Nova Post Moldova app and ensure that access to location and Bluetooth is enabled.

Parcels are stored in the parcel locker for 3 days. Once the storage period has elapsed, the parcel will be removed from the parcel locker and its location will be displayed in the app.
