How to call a courier to send a parcel in Moldova*
- 1Create a request to send from the address:
- Create a new shipment in the mobile application
- Fill out the application form on the Nova Post website
- 2Receive confirmation of request submission, payment and courier arrival date via e-mail.
- 3Hand the packed parcel over to the courier. The courier will print and attach the delivery invoice on your box.

You cannot view or edit the request to send from the address created through the courier call form on the website.
The filled in request is visible in the Nova Poshta Moldova mobile application.
The courier can accept a shipment of any weight
The sender shall be responsible for placing shipments over 30 kg into the courier's vehicle.
Сouriers only accept and collect parcels packed in accordance with packaging standards.
Please pack the parcel in advance so as not to make the courier wait. The courier can be at the address in less than 15 minutes.
If the way the parcel is packaged does not meet the packaging standards, the courier won't pick up the parcel.
When the courier collects the parcel
The parcels are collected by Nova Post couriers. The time of arrival of the courier depends on the time of placing the delivery order.
