How to receive a shipment by showing your documents
- 1Show the operator your EW number and a document that can be used to identify you, such as your IC, passport or driver's license.
- 2Pay for the shipment if you are listed as the payer.

How to receive a shipment using the mobile app
- 1While at the branch, let the operator scan the customer card from the app's main screen.
- 2While at the branch, let the operator scan the code on the main screen of the app.
When the parcel arrives at the branch, you'll be notified by SMS or in the app about the EW number and the branch.

Storage at the branch
- 7 days: free of charge
- 8-30 days: +5 lei per each day. This applies to domestic shipments, as well as shipments from Romania, Ukraine, and NPShopping.
Once the 30th day of storage has elapsed, the shipment will be returned or sent to the warehouse for storage.
Exception: TEMU orders are stored for 10 days. Once the 10-day period is over, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
