   Show the operator your EW number and a document that can be used to identify you, such as your IC, passport or driver's license.

   Pay for the shipment if you are listed as the payer.

How to receive a shipment using the mobile app

   Pay for the delivery in the app if you are listed as the payer of the service.

   While at the branch, let the operator scan the code on the main screen of the app.
