Storage

  • At the branch

    • 7 days: for free
    • 8–30 days: +5 lei for each day. This applies to domestic shipments, as well as shipments from Romania, Ukraine, and NPShopping.

    After 30 days the shipment will be returned or sent to the storage depot.

Return delivery

The sender must inform the operator that he expects return delivery to the same address from which he sent.

Redirection

It is calculated according to standard tariffs.

  • Delivery cost calculation

    • A higher value of actual or volumetric weight is used to determine the rate
    • Volumetric weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 5 000

Cost are indicated in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and are valid from 15.04.2024. The services of New Post International MLD SRL are not subject to VAT.
