How to order forwarding in the mobile application

STEP 1
Click on the "Support Center" section
STEP 2
Select the option "Forwarding"
STEP 3
Enter the tracking number and add the new address in the comments field
STEP 4
Click the "Send" button and wait for confirmation from our support team
Once your request is confirmed, the new delivery address will appear in the "My Shipments" section. The recipient will be notified when the parcel arrives at the new destination.
