How to quickly call a courier in Moldova
1. Prepare the items to be sent and pack them into the box. For quick instructions click the link on how to pack a parcel correctly.
2. Fill in the request for courier pickup:
■ on the Nova Post website
■ in the mobile application
■ in the Business Cabinet
3. Pay for the service online.
4. Hand a courier the packed parcel. The courier will print and stick a sticker on your box.
After filling in a shipment request, it is not possible to view or edit it on the website. The filled in request is visible in the Nova Post mobile application or on your personal account that can be accessed directly on the website.
The courier can accept a shipment of any weight
If it is necessary to send a cargo weighing more than 30 kg, the customer must either load the shipment into the courier's vehicle independently or send it through the Nova Post freight department.
Сouriers only accept and collect parcels packed in accordance with packaging standards.
Please pack the parcel in advance so as not to make the courier wait. The courier can be at the address in less than 15 minutes.

The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes. Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
How to receive an invoice for an online payment
If you need an invoice for an online payment, send your inquiry to the following e-mail address: support_md@novapost.com.
In your query, please specify:

Invoice issuance date: 1–3 days from receipt of the inquiry.
How to track a parcel
You can track your parcel in the Tracking tab or in the mobile application.
On the day of delivery, the courier will notify the recipient of the parcel's delivery time.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, we will transfer the parcel to the warehouse or branch and call the recipient to confirm whether the delivery is still on the table, and, if the recipient fails to answer, we call the sender to clarify the additional phone number of the recipient.
Delivery is carried out throughout the Republic of Moldova, except for Transnistria.
