How to request delivery by Nova Post

   Add the goods to the shopping cart, choose Nova Post delivery, and select a convenient receipt option: branch, pickup point, parcel locker, or address.

   Pay for the order.

   Track your shipment via the app or on the website.The tracking number will be sent after you make the payment.

Parcels with an invoiced value exceeding €150 are additionally subject to customs duties

• Import duty: 0-15% of the excess of €150
• VAT: 20% of the sum of the invoiced value of the parcel and customs duties
• Cost of Nova Post customs brokerage services. Calculation sample: 500 lei for 1 declaration of up to 5 items if there are more than 5 items in the parcel – 50 lei for each subsequent item in the declaration.

Calculation template

There is 1 item in the parcel worth €200. Customs duties will be as follows:

• Customs duty = €200 x 10% = €20
• VAT = €200 +€20) x 20% = €44

Total tax payable: €20 + €44 = €64

• Nova Post customs brokerage services = 500 lei

Advantages

The storage period at the branch for TEMU orders is 10 days. After the 10-day period expires, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
