To initiate cooperation, sign an agreement with NOVA POST LLC and get a Business client card. You can sign the agreement by following the link. Remember that you need a qualified electronic signature (QES) to submit an agreement for approval online through the Business account. If you don't have a QES, print out the required agreement in two copies, sign it, and send it from any Nova Post branch (it's free). A Business client card is issued for identification and confirmation of special terms of cooperation.
- What documents are required to export and import goods

- What are the restrictions on international transportation

- How do I pay for international transportation services
The international transportation service may be paid for by the sending legal entity only by non-cash payment, subject to the procedure and terms established under the contract. Delivery to Poland can also be paid for by the recipient upon prior agreement between the sender and the recipient, subject to the current rates. The following options are available: online via the mobile app, in cash or by card at a branch.

- What is the delivery time for parcels and cargoes abroad
Parcels and cargoes are delivered within 3 days or more, depending on the type of cargo and the country of delivery.
