How to ship cargo from Ukraine

      For example, quality certificate, certificate of origin, conclusion on confirming the HS Product Code of the Harmonised System of the Description and Codes of Goods, description of technical characteristics with details of qualitative and quantitative characteristics and scope of application, etc.

      Information about additional documents will be provided by the operator. You can also ask your personal manager a question.

    Apply for an international express shipment.

    You can do it easily through your manager.

    Bring the shipment to a Nova Post branch.

    Inform the recipient of the shipment and hand over the documents necessary for customs clearance of the shipment in the country of destination.

How to receive a shipment in Ukraine

    Ensure that the sender has properly prepared the accompanying documents:

    • 2.4
      other documents required for your goods

    Inform the sender that the shipment will be picked up by a representative of Nova Post or a partner company.

    Get an invoice and pay for international delivery and additional services.

    If customs clearance is required, representatives of the brokerage department will contact you.

    Receive a shipment.
