Nova Post expands its network in Moldova and invites entrepreneurs to partner
Nova Post continues to actively expand its service point network in Moldova and invites entrepreneurs to open partner mini-branches and install parcel lockers.
The partner network helps the company broaden its presence across Moldova's regions to be even closer to customers right where they need us most and to support the development of local communities.
Nova Post invites entrepreneurs to partner with the company and offers two partnership formats:
- Opening a partner mini-branch, operating within the partner's premises and providing customers with access to the complete range of Nova Post services. Such service points can be opened by a legal entity that has commercial premises and the basic facilities required for operation — electricity, internet access, video surveillance, and space for branding.
- Installing a parcel locker for customers to receive packages at their convenience without contacting an operator or being bound by branch working hours. Important requirements for installation include location accessibility, safe equipment placement, and 24/7 access capability.
In turn, Nova Post provides partners with full support for launch and stable operation: software, staff training, and space branding. Additionally, partners gain access to Nova Post's innovations and technologies, which have already proven effective across 16 European countries. Partner compensation is a fixed monthly payment for every delivered parcel.
“Partnerships with local businesses help us expand our presence faster, while offering entrepreneurs the chance to enhance their services and unlock new growth opportunities. By the end of the year, we plan to open 60 partner mini-branches and install around 150 parcel lockers,” comments Serhii Shapran, CEO of Nova Post Moldova.
